1, PP Quaxial Geogrid Desciption

Four-axial geogrid is made by polypropylene, manufactured through special technology, multiaxial streching and still have higher tensile strength in longitudinal, transverse, plus or minus degrees directions.

They have triangular grid structures, so the structure rigidity is better and the stability is higher compared with square grid structures of biaxial geogrid.

2, PP Quaxial Geogrid Performance:

(1) Four-axial geogrid is a kind of new geo-reinforced material. Because their triangular structure, they have more resonable stability compare with biaxial geogrid and uniaxial geogrid, and can also withstand loads in several directions at hte same time, more effectively distributing the stress. Quaxial geogrid is an ideal choice for civil engineering reinforcement.

(2)With the most stable triangular structure, strong resistance to deformation when being forced.

(3)Able to withstand the loads in more directions, the junctions are hard to destroy.

(4)Their triangular cross-section resist slip with soil body, better for reinforcement.

(5) The junctions are bigger than those of biaxial geogirds, so junction efficiency is much higher and harder to be destroy.

(6) Share the performance of biaxial geogrid and an ideal alternative to biaxial geogrid.

3, PP Quaxial Geogrid Application:

(1)Roadbed and pavement reinforcement for railway, highway and airport.

(2) Railway, highway slope protection.

(3)Reinforcement of bridge and platform slope.

(4) For the second reinforcement for the slope previously reinforced by uniaxial geogrid, to further enhance soil stability and prevent soil erosion.

(5)Reinforcement for the tunnel, culvert excavation slope, used for landslide control and building reinforced retaining wall combined with HDPE geogrid.
