L-arabinose

L Arabinose is a monosaccharide containing 5 carbon atoms. L-Arabinose is a pentose with a sweet taste and one of the most abundant components released by complete hydrolysis of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) of vegetable origin.

It is highly stable under the condition of heat and acid.

Solubility It's easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.Its solubility is lower then granulated sugar.
