Description of Sucralose: 
Sucralose is the only non-calorie sweetener made from sugar.
Sucralose is white to off white, crystalline powder.

Sucralose is freely soluble in water, methanol, and alcohol.
Sucralose is slightly soluble in ethyl acetate. Sucralose functions as a nonnutritive sweetener.
Our Sucralose has a clean, sweet taste that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar.
