Description of Isomaltooligosaccharide

Isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO) is a soluble prebiotic fiber, low calorie sweetener used to reduce calories/sugar in formulations. IMO can increase absorption of dietary minerals, and is digestion resistant.
IMO is a mixture of shortchain carbohydrates made of glucose molecules which are linked
with each other through a digestion resistant bonding. 
IMO is a high quality, high-purity isomalto-oligosaccharide(IMO), made from enzymatic conversion of starch. 
It functions as a dietary fiber, prebiotic and low-calorie sweetener.
Isomalt-oligosaccharide is a white powdered starch sugar product with isomalt-oligosaccharide as the main component refined through a series of processes such as liquefaction, glycosylation, transglycosylation, decolorization, desalination, concentration, and drying.
