L Arabinose is a monosaccharide containing 5 carbon atoms. Aldehydo-L-arabinose is the open-chain aldehyhde form of L-arabinose. It is a L-arabinose and an aldehydo-arabinose. It is an enantiomer of an aldehydo-D-arabinose.
